Management Terry H. Cassidy Vice President of Administration and Director, American Innotek Board          Management    → Cass Cassidy    → Terry Cassidy    → Niki Kopenhaver    → Bruce Salerno    → Barbara Smith Ms. Cassidy co-founded American Innotek and has been a Director since early 1989. She has more than 20 years of experience with growth-oriented companies such as Sunward Technologies and Spin Physics, where she managed a broad range of functions including administration, human resources, risk management, corporate governance and special-program development. Ms. Cassidy has also served as a consultant for various start-up and established companies, in the areas of product development, manufacturing, distribution, marketing and advertising. Ms. Cassidy is a graduate of Connecticut College, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. She also completed course work for a Master's in English at Old Dominion University, as well as postgraduate work in training program design and administration at both Texas A&I University and the University of Virginia.
