Clarence A. "Cass" Cassidy

Mr. Cassidy founded American Innotek in 1988. He possesses a wealth of experience in technology-based industries, having managed, strategically planned for and founded several companies. Mr. Cassidy has also guided numerous organizations through changes in R&D and growth that led to increased profitability.
Beginning his career at Eastman Kodak in 1964, Mr. Cassidy quickly progressed and was transferred to Spin Physics, a Kodak subsidiary, where he streamlined operations, brought the company to profitability and launched an internal venture that led to a ground-breaking technology that still dominates the market today.
In 1976, Mr. Cassidy founded La Jolla Technology Inc., later building on the company's patented technology to found LTI Biomedical Inc., where he reorganized the company's R&D effort and managed the company through a FDA approval process. From 1983 to 1985, Mr. Cassidy served as President and CEO of Kode Inc., where he turned the company from an unprofitable operation with $1 million in sales into a profitable $3 million operation. In 1985, he became a founder, Director and President of Vadaq Technologies Inc. before founding American Innotek.
Mr. Cassidy received a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati and a Master's in Business Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Mr. Cassidy is married to Terry Cassidy, Vice President of Administration and Director of American Innotek.
