Gerald S. Mulder

Mr. Mulder has been a director of the company since 1989. He is a self-employed attorney practicing in La Mesa, Calif. He has practiced law for 42 years, and frequently sits as a Judge Pro Tem in the San Diego and El Cajon Superior Courts. Mr. Mulder has served as legal counsel to many closely held California corporations.
Mr. Mulder graduated from San Diego State University with honors in accounting. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of California at Berkeley (Boalt Hall), where he also received several jurisprudence awards.
